The "1204" tractor purchased by Mr. Deng, a farmer from Chengdu, Sichuan, experienced hydraulic distributor oil leakage and damaged muffler after 3 days of operation, but the manufacturer refused to return or exchange the goods on the grounds of "signed for".
According to the Shahe Supervision Institute of Laizhou Market Supervision Bureau, the number of complaints about agricultural machinery in the region increased by 120% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2025, of which 80% involved "three no" products.
