Laizhou, May 13, 2025- Recently, Laizhou Bolin Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. officially announced the launch of the "Quality Compliance Special Action" in response to the recent exposure of the "three no" product chaos in the agricultural machinery industry in Laizhou. Through upgrading production standards, strengthening full process quality inspection, and deepening after-sales service, it is committed to promoting the standardized development of the industry and protecting user rights and interests.

Facing industry pain points: Bolin Heavy Industry takes the initiative to attack

Since March 2025, the media has exposed that some enterprises in Shahe Town, Laizhou have been selling "three no" tractors through e-commerce platforms, with problems such as engines without production labels, power not meeting standards, and lack of after-sales service. According to consumer feedback, agricultural machinery purchased by farmers in Gansu, Sichuan and other regions has quality defects such as hydraulic system oil leakage and forged engine nameplates. Some products cannot be registered due to the use of "National II" diesel engines, resulting in the inability to implement subsidy policies.

Zhang Kai, General Manager of Laizhou Bolin Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd., said, "The chaos in the industry not only damages the interests of consumers, but also damages the reputation of Laizhou Machinery Manufacturing. As a local enterprise, we firmly resist illegal production and will establish a benchmark for compliant operation through technological upgrades and process optimization

Four major measures to strengthen the quality defense line

Upgrading production standards

Bolin Heavy Industry has fully introduced the ISO 9001 quality management system and implemented standardized management for raw material procurement, component processing, and complete machine assembly. For example, in engine selection, a power system that meets the "National IV" emission standards is strictly adopted, and suppliers are required to provide complete production qualification certificates and quality inspection reports.

Strengthening the quality inspection throughout the entire process

The company has added two automated testing lines to conduct load testing, durability simulation, and safety performance verification on each factory produced agricultural machinery. In response to user feedback on hydraulic system issues, Bolin Heavy Industry has raised the pressure testing standard for hydraulic distributors to 1.5 times the industry average, ensuring the stability of the equipment under complex operating conditions.

Complete after-sales service system

Bolin Heavy Industry has launched a service commitment of "24-hour response+48 hour door-to-door" and has added 5 regional service centers in agricultural provinces such as Henan and Shandong. At the same time, establish a user profile database and provide early warning of potential faults through regular follow-up visits and remote diagnostic systems.

Industry self-discipline initiative

The company has joined forces with the Laizhou Machinery Industry Association to launch a "Compliance Production Commitment Letter" signing activity, calling on peer enterprises to eliminate false advertising, resist inferior parts, and cooperate with market supervision departments to carry out special inspections. As of now, 12 companies have responded to the initiative.
